This section is mainly dedicated to presenting information about the ECPC finances. We owe it to our membership and patients across Europe, who have placed their trust in us, to act in a fully democratic, independent and transparent manner, according to the highest standards of good governance.
Non-profit statusECPC has non-profit status (ANBI = Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling, Public Welfare Institution) with fiscal number 816853575, re-confirmed on 23 October 2009 by the Dutch tax authorities in Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
Financial ReportsSince we believe in openness, accountability and transparency, we provide ECPC's Financial Reports on our public website since the organisation became officially registered as a non-profit organisation in the Netherlands in 2006.

ECPC would like to thank these companies for their support in the current year. All support from commercial companies needs to follow ECPC's "Policy on Funding Arrangements with Commercial Companies" Support from ESO as ECPC Founding Partner, Masterclass funder and Website supportWithout the kind help and support from the European School of Oncology (ESO), ECPC would not have been able to come into being. ESO has strongly supported ECPC structurally and financially in the first years of its foundation. ECPC gratefully acknowledges the continued support of ESO/cancerworld.org with €5.000 per year for extending and maintaining the ECPC website. ECPC, ESO and cancerworld.org are grateful to Amgen and Merck Serono to supporting the technical maintenance of the portal through unrestricted educational grants to ESO. ECPC Masterclass / Members in Action 2009ECPC received unrestricted grants of €10.000 to conduct the conference "ECPC Members in Action 2009" held on 24-25 Oct 2009. The funds were used to cover the costs of the conference and to give travel bursaries for patient groups from across Europe to attend the conference. Unrestricted grants for that conference were received by: Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, Glaxo Smith Kline, Novartis and Pfizer. ECPC Cancer Patient Summit 2008ECPC gratefully acknowledges the support of the Committee of the Regions who kindly provided the conference facilities and translation support for the ECPC Cancer Patient Summit in April 2008.
