New ECPC Board of Directors

We are delighted to inform you about the outcome of the elections. The ballot closed on 19 April 2010, the first Board meeting assembled on 22 May 2010.

The composition of the new ECPC Board of Directors for the term of 2010-2013 is as follows.

The ECPC membership has voted for a strong and balanced team - with representatives from east and west, north and south, young and very experienced, women and men, common and rare cancers. 

With 118 out of 226 members (ca. 52%) sending back their voting forms, it has been quite an impressive turnout -- which demonstrates that there is a lot of interest across Europe in what ECPC does on behalf and for its members. We would like to thank our membership for their active participation at the elections which shows that ECPC is a democratic organisation with a stong member voice.

The new Board will presumably convene for the first time end of May and then appoint the new President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
